Welcome to the Ancaster Saddle Club!! Another show season has come and gone. A big thank you to all competitors and volunteers. Without your support the Club could not be successful. My thanks to our Board, a very dedicated, hardworking team of volunteers. The Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for Sunday, February 12th at 2:30 p.m. in Marritt Hall, Ancaster Fairgrounds. Take the Hwy 52 Copetown exit from Hwy 403. Proceed south towards Hwy 2. From the north, enter the grounds via Trinity Road using the 3rd driveway. To view a Google map, click here. Pre-show set-up of Jumps and Trail Course will take place on the Saturday prior to each show. Helping with the pre-show set-up can earn you 2 hours towards your mandatory 4 hours of volunteer work. Please help! Rain Policy: In the event of the Show being cancelled due to rain the decision will be posted on the website by 6 a.m. the day of the show. Also a mass e-mail will be sent before 6 a.m. the day of the show. A contact telephone number will also be provided so that members may telephone if they are unsure of the status of the show.
